How will you create PayPal account?

As I discussed in previous post about features and advantages of PayPal account, now I will share, how to create PayPal account for Indian people. I also discussed issues related to Indian PayPal account holders in previous post. PayPal offers two types of accounts. These are individual account and business account. If you are a web designer, graphic designer or any professional and working as a freelancer then you can open an individual account and that will meet your requirement to receive money from abroad.

Steps to create PayPal account:

After clicking on sign up, select  individual account and click on continue

Put all the information as required (select country as India, write email id and password).

Mention all the information which are asked on the screen (Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Address and mobile number).

Tick the check box and click on Agree and Create Account
After account creation, you need to link a credit card for shopping purpose, link a bank account for withdrawing money from PayPal account to your bank account. You also need to confirm your mobile number as well as email id for future transactions.

If you want to shop with your PayPal account then your have to link your credit card with your PayPal account. If your card does not allow international transactions then you can not shop from abroad with your PayPal account. So you can ask your bank to upgrade your card.

Link your PayPal account with your bank account to withdraw money from your PayPal account and verify your bank account as guided.

You can check your account status and pending tasks to do future transactions on your PayPal account's task board. You need to add your PAN details for further transactions.

You have select a purpose code and add that code to your transactions.

PayPal is a very useful solution for businesses and individual professionals who sell their services or products in abroad. PayPal also offers refund policy and allows one refund per month for eligible purchases (up to $15). To know more about PayPal or country specific issues, you have to visit www.paypal.com
